Coaching for over-achievers who’ve built a successful life that doesn’t feel good.
If you feel like there’s no more joy in the stuff that you do, then you might be living on the outside in a way that doesn’t match what’s on the inside.
Your relief won’t come from your next achievement, it can’t. It comes from awareness. Of self, of others and your circumstances.
With awareness, you understand why you want what you want and who you actually are beneath the role you’ve been performing. This is not about coaching your problem, it’s about gaining you a level of understanding that changes your entire life.
If something here feels familiar, you can stay connected. I write about awareness & intuition and living from the inside-out.
When your outer life doesn’t match your inner world, you end up paying a huge, invisible tax. You’re tense all the time, but you don’t know why. Your achievements stop feeling good, now they just make you feel empty.
You hide your tension, so you end up performing your own life. Your choices are not really yours, they’re driven by circumstances. Your free days are not restful, because you’re afraid to not be ON all the time.
You’ve followed a broken model of happiness: the “Check all the boxes, and then you’ll feel happy” life. Joy is always in the future and you don’t actually get there. Meanwhile, you’re feeling like a shell of yourself, but you keep hiding it.
That’s quite a bleak image. Yet it feels familiar. It’s also something that you can change.
How to use this space.
This is a space for awareness.
No promises & magic formulas. No urgency to book a call or “work with me.”
You don’t owe me your time or your money.
You can read my articles and see how I think. You can sit with the ideas at your own pace.
You can download what I share, for free. You can follow along on LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube, for as long as you want.
Nothing here is hidden behind a paywall or a sales conversation.
Outside, I had a very good life. Inside, I still lived like my 9-year old self.
That tension is what led me here. It felt like a hidden….something, that didn’t go away. It wasn’t loud. It felt calm. And it felt right.
For a long time, I believed that thinking harder would save me. It didn’t. What changed my life wasn’t another achievement, but learning to pay attention to what I was feeling in my body and to trust it.
This is the ground this work comes from.
The focus on awareness.
The emphasis on feeling over forcing.
The insistence that intuition is not anxiety, not self-doubt, but a calm response to reality.
If you want to understand more about where this work comes from and how I arrived here, you can read more of my story.
