You’ve done everything right

You built the career. Hit the milestones. Earned the respect. You're capable, reliable, always composed.

And yet something's off. Not dramatically, you're not falling apart. You're just somewhere behind your own life, watching yourself perform it.

The holiday didn't fix it. The promotion didn't fix it. The new routine lasted three weeks.

This work goes one layer deeper, to why achievement stopped feeling good, why you can't rest even when you finally stop, why you keep making the same choices even when you know better.

You didn't drift here by accident. And you won't find your way back by working harder.

Here's what people notice after this work:

"I made a decision last week and I didn't second-guess it once."

"I said no to something I would have always said yes to. I felt relief, not guilt."

"I stopped waiting to feel proud of myself and just... did."

"I feel like myself again. I didn't realize how long I'd been gone."

At the nervous system level: you recognize when you're activated and you can bring yourself back without external validation and distraction.

At the thinking level: the overthinking quiets. You stop debating decisions for days. You know the difference between the voice of fear and the voice of knowing.

At the behavior level: you say no without the guilt spiral. You stop performing and start choosing. Values-aligned action becomes your default, not something you have to remind yourself to do.

At the experiential level: presence becomes your baseline. Achievement stops being how you manage anxiety. Integrity matters more than performance. You live your life, it does not live you.

This isn't a curriculum. There are no predetermined milestones or week-by-week promises. What there is — is a logic to how awareness develops. It can't be rushed or skipped.

What Changes over Time

Layer 1: Turning off the panic response

You can't see patterns when you're activated.

When your nervous system is running hot and second-guessing everything, stuck in your head, catastrophizing, it means you're in survival mode. That's why mental health days don't help and achievements feel empty. You're trying to fix the wrong problem from the wrong state.

We start here. Not because it's "calming," but because you need body-safety before you can see clearly. You learn what tension feels like in your body, where you hold stress, what calm actually feels like. Many people have genuinely forgotten.

What we work on: body scanning and visualization, recognizing reactive vs. responsive states, learning to sit with yourself instead of immediately fixing or optimizing.

Layer 3: Trusting what you already know

You can't trust yourself when you don't know what "yourself" feels like.

Once you can see the patterns, you start testing decisions differently. Not "what should I do?" but "what feels like relief versus what feels like contraction?" You rebuild trust in your body's knowledge. Decisions that used to take weeks become clear. You stop needing constant external validation. Integrity becomes more important than performance.

What we work on: body-based decision checking, head-heart-gut integration, learning to act on what you already know to be true.

Layer 2: Seeing what's been running your life

Once your system calms, patterns become visible.

Patterns aren't the actions you take; they're the unconscious links between trigger and response. Between "someone questions my work" and "I defend immediately." Between "I have free time" and "I fill it with productivity." Between "I feel uncertain" and "I seek external validation."

You start noticing how often you perform instead of being present. How often decisions come from "should" instead of what you actually want. You observe without immediately trying to fix. You start distinguishing between the voice of fear (loud, urgent, catastrophizing) and the voice of intuition (quiet, persistent, calm.)

What we work on: seeing patterns that were invisible while you were inside them, distinguishing fear-voice from intuition-voice, noticing when decisions come from conditioning rather than authentic desire.

The progression isn't about time. It's about depth.

Some people move through in 6 sessions. Others need 12 or more. It depends on how disconnected you are from yourself, how activated your nervous system is, how much unlearning needs to happen. You can't optimize your way to awareness. The work happens at the pace it needs to happen.

Each session is 60 minutes, via video call or in-person in Rotterdam.

We start with your objective. What's happening right now? What needs attention? If you don't know your objective, that's fine. That's the start.

Then we move into reflection and body scanning: bringing awareness to what you're feeling, not just what you're thinking. This isn't mystical. It's mostly you sitting quietly in your chair, eyes closed, while I guide you with a few prompts.

From there we move into the work — visualization, inquiry, somatic practice — depending on where you are in the process. Every session ends with something applicable: an action or an awareness practice to take into your week.

You're not given homework to complete. The transformation comes from awareness in action: catching yourself in real time, between sessions, while you're living your life.

A note on intuition: your intuition isn't mystical. It's expert pattern recognition built from decades of living in your own body. Every decision that betrayed your values registered somatically as contraction, dread, heaviness. Every aligned choice registered as relief, ease, rightness. That's not woo-woo. That's embodied expertise you've been trained to override. This work helps you access it again.

What a session looks like

‍ ‍ Layer 1: CALM

  • Body scanning and visualization to access what you're feeling

  • Recognizing when you're reactive vs. responsive

  • Learning what calm actually feels like (you've probably forgotten)

  • Sitting still with your body instead of immediately fixing or optimizing

What we work on in session

‍ ‍Layer 2: SEE

  • Seeing patterns that were invisible to you

  • Distinguishing fear-voice (loud, urgent) from intuition (quiet, persistent)

  • Noticing when decisions come from "should" instead of “I want to”

  • Observing patterns without immediately trying to fix them

‍ ‍ Layer 3: TRUST

  • Checking decisions against your body's knowledge (what feels like relief vs. contraction)

  • Learning to trust what your body knows that your mind is still rationalizing away

  • We use decision-making frameworks

You've already tried solving this from the outside. A new role. A promotion. A holiday. Telling yourself next quarter will be different. It doesn't stick because the problem isn't the job. It's what you carry into every job. The exhaustion, the second-guessing, the achievement that lasts 30 seconds before the next target appears. Patterns don't change from the outside.

Working Together

For me, the work was done when I realised I don't need to do the hard work at my job to show my boss and the whole company how stellar I am. The work ended when I decided to choose a calm life over stress and panic. I don't have to prove anything to anyone. That's what I help you get to.

That's what this work leads to. Not a decision about your job. A shift in your relationship to performance itself. You stop needing the external validation to feel okay. Achievements become something you choose, not something you run on.

We work together until those markers are clear. For most people, that's roughly 8 sessions. There's no predetermined end date and no counting down. The pace is yours.

What changes:

  • You stop second-guessing every decision at work and outside it

  • You can tell the difference between fear talking and what you actually know

  • Achievement stops being something you need to feel okay and becomes something you choose

  • You can say no at work without three days of guilt and internal justification

  • You feel like yourself. Not the version you perform in meetings. Who you actually are.

Andreea, Clinical Psychologist

“Ioana created a safe space where I felt truly seen. She helped me gain clarity around my anxiety and, through constellation work, I intuitively connected the dots with my family dynamics. That insight stayed with me."

Abolee, Leader in IT

"Ioana was a very good listener and stayed deeply engaged throughout. She remembered what I'd said in earlier sessions and could easily connect it to where I was now. She created a safe space where I felt heard, and at that time I was going through some grief. She didn't rush me, just gave me space to think and be. Her reflections helped me see what was truly important and how to move toward balance and fulflilment in work and life."

Dilshat, Operations Pricing Officer

"I reached out to Ioana out of curiosity, but our sessions ended up helping me both personally and professionally. She has a rare intuition, often understanding what I meant before I did. Her empathy and presence helped me organize my thoughts, quiet self-doubt and approach job interviews with clarity and confidence. Most of all, I felt truly cared for. And to me, that's exactly what a coach should offer."

Amber, Founder & Business Consultant

"I found Ioana at a pivotal time in my business. My progress had stagnated and I knew something was holding me back. Ioana was able to cut through what I couldn't see on my own. I am so grateful; she has carried me into the most exciting phase of my business yet."

€1,990

The amount includes the sessions, preparation before each one and my full attention to your process until the work is done.

Payment plans available.

What's included beyond the sessions

Even though each package lists specific session hours, I typically spend an additional 60-90 minutes around each session.

Before: 60 minutes reviewing your patterns, tracking what's emerging & preparing the session.

After: 30 minutes sitting with what came up & connecting dots you might not see yet.

Between sessions: I'll send you an email or give you a call when something clicks or when I sense you might need support.

I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for momentum and integration. Most of the work happens between sessions when you're living your life and catching patterns in real time. The 60 minutes we spend together is the visible part. The rest is what makes the work actually stick.

Clear pricing

Pricing is transparent because it matters. These packages filter for commitment, yours and mine. When you invest significantly in your own transformation, you show up differently. You take the work seriously.

If you invest in your transformation as much as you'd spend on weekly dinners out, you'll commit and show up exactly like that, casually, when it's convenient. This work requires presence, honesty and a willingness to sit with discomfort. It's not easy. But it's what creates lasting change.
