By aligning these three “brains,” we create inner coherence. This is the foundation for confident, intuitive action.

Your intuition isn’t broken, it’s buried. Together, we uncover what’s standing in the way:
Fear – it feels like control, but actually blocks presence. Keeps you in “what ifs” instead of “what is.”
Stress/Anxiety State - triggers fight-flight-freeze modes. The nervous system shuts down your access to intuition.
Outsourcing Decisions – valuing others’ opinions over your own weakens self-trust.
Over-Rationalising – dismissing emotional cues, relying only on logic. (one brain only)
Trauma & Emotional Shutdown - disconnecting from the body, muting intuitive signals.
Role of Your intuition: Alerts you to areas where fear, stress or over-rationalising are clouding clarity.
Once you recognize these blockers, I will support you in staying with them instead of pushing them away. This is called co-regulation. Together, we’ll notice what comes up in your experience and I’ll use my intuition and presence to guide you through.

Intrusive fear thoughts – loud, hectic, persistent, fear-driven AND
Intuitive nudges – calm, clear, quiet, present, aligned
Tools we use:
Reflection & inquiry (coaching dialogue, journaling)
Pausing before action (slowing down to sense truth vs. projection)
Grounding practices (somatic awareness, breath exercises)
